    There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info PLEASE CHECK YOUR INFORMATION BEFORE BUYING. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
We are responsible for your new purchase until it leaves the Seedlings Factory and it’s given to the Post Office.

    PROCESSING TIME IS 7 TO 15 BUSINESS DAYS REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE FOR IN STOCK ITEMS, AND 10-25 BUSINESS DAYS FOR BACK ORDERED OR PREORDER ITEMS unless stated differently , WE DO NOT SHIP ON FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. Max before ship 30 DAYS.

    Seedlings Factory does not control what the the United States Postal employees do With packages under their control.
In the case your shipment is lost or damaged in transit

   WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS. ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!

   Please make sure your address is correct before placing order . Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please email [email protected] so we can send you a bill for the extra services. 

  Insurance will replace any broken or stolen products.

   KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PACKAGE TRACKING PROGRESS , look at Your order information on your Paypal or Email account. When we ship a package, if you order through our website it automatically sends you and email with tracking.

    Please be in Communication with your mailman about your package that you are expecting, So this doesn't go to a different home by mistake .

   No refunds. Seedlings Factory does not guarantee refunds. Exchanges or credit might be considered to the discretion of Seedlings Factory after careful consideration. There will be restocking and cancellation fees if a refund is considered .
